R50/53 Looking for a new car for my mom
At this point she needs to go for a Buick
But in all seriousness I went through the same thing with my Grandma. She was replacing her 96 Ford Taurus because she was afraid it wasn't going to last much longer (even though it had well under 100k miles). So I kept urging her to get a Camry or Accord, endlessly expounding on how such a car would be perfect for her. Well, I went to visit her and what did she buy? A new Ford Taurus!:impatient
This was her 3rd or 4th one and my grandparents had been driving Fords for many, many years so she went with what she was comfortable with. Some people are just stuck in their ways and they really don't care what car they drive as long as it gets them to where they need to go, so I say, don't pressure them into buying something better if they won't truly appreciate it...
