My MINI (production date 8/16) will have a moonroof. I would like a roof rack, but its front bar goes right across the moonroof's opening. This seems like it may be a distinct visual annoyance, and perhaps quite loud. Does anyone have this combination and have any feelings about it?

If you opt for the MINI Accessories Roof Rack. You will be able to remove it when not in use.
I'm not sure exactly how it works but I do know that this is possible.
This topic was discussed some time ago..... If you do a search in the forums you should find some info.
