I was shocked that you can be at just over 6000 rpm in second gear and reach 70 mph!!! Is it bad for the engine or gearbox? This car hauls like an M3!!

Shouldn't hurt it, I do it a lot (though I tend to be harsh on my cars), just don't make it a constant thing. I usually do it for 0-60 runs or to pass someone really quick if needed. Works well.

have fun, but PLEASE be careful!!! speeding tickets are not hard to come by...especially when you drive a car that gets noticed...

 

With passengers, I love cruising at around 50 MPH in 4th or 5th gear. Playing with the throttle so the passengers are lulled into complacency. Then I drop it down into 2nd and mash the throttle throwing them into the backs of their seats. Works every time
