R50/53 The MINIs are in bloom in Baltimore!

While out driving around various places yesterday, we saw no fewer than 5 MINIs on the road! By far the most spotted in one day: Chili Red/Red, BRG/White, Dark Silver/White (which turned out to be owned by an acquaintance), Yellow/White and Yellow/Black. As if that weren't enough, my wife spotted a Silver/(Black?) driving by the house at about 6:30 this morning. Suddenly, they're EVERYWHERE!

I would have to agree mpemburn, I went for months at a time without seeing any others in the western suburbs, but I see others now about every other day.
I saw a LY/B MC the other day on I-70, swung into the right lane and passed 5 cars to catch up to it only to find a codger, who looked at me like, "what do you want and why are you waving at me?"

I hate when that happens. I chased a chilli red with white roof down the highway, nearly risking my life only to get completely ignored when I honked and waved at him.

there are so many out now. a few months ago i was lucky if i saw another but the last week i was in ny i saw like 10. most of which were just coopers. only one or two S.
i waved and honked at each one and not a single one waved back.
antsmini, i love your signature! are they really in gta? or was that photoshop?
i havent played gta since the first game for play station, that was great.

Yeah, you can get a patch to put them in GTA 3. I loved the original GTA as well, in fact I played around with the graphics and made a mini for it.
