Just got my S back from fixing the rear hatch rattle and the leaky coolant tank.
On the down side: it took 5 days...."service now" light came on; I called and they said, 'COME RIGHT NOW."
On the plus side: they gave me a Lincoln Town Car as the loaner....is that good or bad? what a BOAT.....
So far so good - it was all no cost...
