University of Kansas Jayhawks vs Louisiana-Monroe Warhawks. Guess the Warhawks are sore losers. I attend KU and live about 3 blocks from the stadium, but don't really care much for football. I hadn't even known who had one at the time.

Just a second of "fun" for someone who was drunk and/or emboldened by a group of like-minded morons. The loser who did this probably didn't give it a second thought. Now you have much aggravation and damage to something that is important to you. Some people are just uncivilized.
This looks just like the damage done by some piece of garbage who hammered the same window on my old GTI. He also damaged the panel just below the window so that was also more than a simple glass replacement.
We walk around with people who are not like the rest of us.

Sorry to see your damage, this is one of the reasons I didn't go with a convertible... I've seen too many knife slits on rag tops that were obviously just vandalism. It appears the 'have nots' and the 'wanna bees' just love causing pain to anyone else that apprears to have something nice.

That sucks, but insurance should fix it for you.
Fortunately, you only have to deal with this person being a jerk once. The individual responsible for this will have to deal with being a jerk for the rest of their life.

I don't think I'm going to call the insurance company, I think the damage might be less than my deductible, so there's really no point.
Hope you get poor Mini fixed soon.

Not a certainty in this case, of course, but I can't count the number of stupid things like this I've seen in which excess alcohol consumption was a big part of the equation. If you erased that.....and/or stupidity.....and/or showing-off....you'd not have much of this kind of vandalism.
