fives on their critique with no problem. My other three trips over my 3 years of ownership have been very good also. My first trip there they had a different SA, the change to Todd, the current SA, was a big improvement.

This time they replaced my steering wheel, replaced the battery, checked for mushrooming of the upper strut towers, fixed the mesh sunshade over the rear part of my sunroof, uploaded the latest ECU software, changed the oil and filter, and topped off the other fluids.

I was very impressed with Eric the Service Tech who I spent a while with just talking about my MC.

The feeling I get at Roadshow is that they really want me to be happy with the service I get.

My thanks to Todd, the SA, who found the problem with the sunroof I didn't even know I had, to Tom, the MA for information on a cold air intake for my 03 MC, and to Eric for his professional work on my car.

I haven't bought the extension to 4 years of the maintenance warranty because my car has very low mileage and I don't think that would make financial sense for me. But I'm considering it.

this is good to hear. I am about to buy a Mini from Roadshow and was hoping their service would be good, even though I may not be staying in the Memphis area long term. My family is here, though, so I can always "drive home" and have service done here!

 

I bought my MINI from Roadshow, and we've had it there a couple of times for warranty work and just had it there for its first service. I have never had any experience there that didn't deserve a '5'.

Todd is the only SA we have had since we got Gromit, and he has impressed me every time we've been there. We live 150 miles from Roadshow so a service visit is pretty inconvenient, but Todd has always been able to work with us to help minimize problems.
