I live in southern Illinois so there arent too many
ferraris in this neck of the woods.Yesterday I pull
into the gas station and while filling up notice
a new ferrari Mondial. I am staring at the italian
beauty when a guy walks up and asks "what color
do you call this" I say pepper white,he says "I like
these coopers". I respond thanks.To my suprise
he walks to the ferrari and gets in.

 

I've had similar comments from exotic car owners who really know cars and know that our MINI's are the best at what they do best.

 

Mini's rule. I grew up in Southern Illinois (Marion)but don't recall the town of Swansea.....where is it?

 

Swansea is near Belleville close to St. Louis.

 

That's a neat story about a obviously "cool and tasteful" man. But then all of us Namsters appreciate anyone who shows our Minis the respect they well deserve.

 

Very cool. Now compare that to the stories of the kids with the ricers and large fart cans sticking out their backsides staring down their noses at we MINI motorers.
I snicker at them.
