Glad you enjoyed the trip. My husband and I love taking the Mini anytime we make a trip, long or short. It just makes the whole experience more fun.

Almost forgot to mention, the entire trip we saw 7 Minis. Four on the way up and three on the way back. None of them waved =(

Though my wife noticed that a lot of the truckers we passed were looking at us pretty intently as we went by haha.

Take the mini, you won't regret it, not to mention the gas $ you will save . We have taken 2 road trips in our mini and as posted before, with both of the backseats down, there is plenty of storage space for 2 people.
