A fairly short short board can be carefully maneuvered to fit in with the passenger seat folded forward. And i can fit my 42 inch body board and fins without problems when the back seats are folded down.

Here is a great picture of littlecabezas' MINI with surfboard that I found on the AB registry. It does look really cool!

black is gorgeous. Maintenance is on par with any other black car in the industry.

I totaly would have but I just drove Ronald back to NY. What part of SD?.. I was living in Carlsbad. The biggest board I've managed to get in it was pretty small, don't know the exact length though.

PS. Konky... holy crap that thing is clean. I LOVE those wheels on it. Well done.

So, how large of a surfboard did you fit inside your mini?

Love the color black, but not only is it a almost daily wash to keep it clean and shiny...it's hotter than heck with a sunroof. But then, my LY Mini w/sunroof is hotter than heck AND it collects bug splatters on even the shortest drives ...so, go with your 1st instinct when you go looking for a Mini. You'll fall for the Mini that's right for you.

Some people seem to have fitted surfboards over 7' inside the MINI: http://www.mini2.com/forum/interior-...side-mini.html
