My local dealership Tom Bush Mini in Jacksonville FL is so absolutely horrible that I have decided that I'm never going back. I should have known better, they were horrible when we brought in our beetle a few years ago and nothing has changed since.

My wife sat in their service department for 2 hours and 45 minutes today waiting to get her oil changed - and yes, she did have an appointment. :evil:

Is there anywhere I can order filters? Please don't tell me to get it from the dealership, I will never go there again.

 

I get all my parts from Classic MINI. They have substantial discounts over regular dealerships. Filters are $6.

I feel the same way about Holmans BMW/MINI Service in Ft.Lauderdale. They Sux bad and the service writters are real ignorant rude people. Just because I don't drive a 3,5,7 or X5 series BMW dosen't give you the right to treat me different then the BMW people. Now the dealership on the other hand is full of the BEST and nicest people ever to work in the car bizz. You go from one extream to another. I cannot wait to go back to the service center, they are going to wish they were working at McDonalds after I get finished with them if they pull any crap with me again. :evil:
