Hi everyone! Just looking for some experiences with MINI in San Antonio. I may be going to South Texas for work in the near future and that would be the closest dealer from where I would be located. Hopefully they are as great as my local dealer!

Some of thier MA's are on there, so I would think everyone must be happy with service. I just ordered my MINI from them so I don't have any service history.

 

I did get some feedback and seems that sales and parts are pretty ok but the service has left something to be desired. I hear that the service is completely separate there and they are building a new service center so hopefully once that is complete they will get some awesome service advisors and techs in there. Good luck with you experience. Mine so far has been great!
