Well, I've had two MAs on one purchase. My original MA was promoted to SALES MANAGER.

She was/is cool but VERY slow on response. Two days minimum to return a call OR an email. I still like her...knowledgeable, pleasant. What's funny is after she was promoted...or maybe just appropriate...she was super pleasant and cheery.

My new MA, male, is VERY responsive, funny, definitely more casual/conversational. He took the initiative to tie up some loose ends that I think my other MA would have waited on.

So, will have more info when I take delivery/approach it. Mine is still on the boat!
