Nothing like epoxying your MINI to the garage floor.
Here's the devil who talked me into painting the wall
My trusty friend Christian, aka 4GASM...
He picked up the epoxy this morning then got stranded on the highway an hour away with a blown tire...without a spare, jack, wrench, nothin
lol: I knew this was coming as the bead on his tire had been broken from a bad pot hole many moons ago...Today, he hits some rock the size of a cinder block which destroyed his USS and what was left of his rim/tire...So I loaded up one of my spare Slites, jack, tools to rescue my day laborer...

Ken, he tells me three days for curing...
Just talked to Dr. 7 and it looks like I'll be updating my Msfitoy gallery soon

The bungs on the M7 DFIC are intended for thermocouples but the one that I used were not 1/8NTP so they are mounted below the unit leaving the bungs free for boost tap...

Long story....

lol...on topic...
I went to lowes to get the epoxy stuff, it was $250+!!! Each kit covers 250 sq ft. My garage is just over 910 feet.
Here are a few pics of my father and I removing the paint that the previous owners left for us...

My Garage
Good luck with the garage update. I've been working on mine and it really makes it more enjoyable to work there.
I added high intensity lights and heat last summer. This spring I had a place called Garage Store & More put in a floor. The process was as described below. During this process I had to leave the vehicles outside and put everything else in the house.
Day 1 -- grind floor (lots of dust) and fill in low spots with epoxy.
Day 2 -- grind down epoxy patches
Day 3 -- vacuum floor and put down epoxy and sprinkle grit
Day 4 -- clean up excess grit, put down second coat of epoxy, and sprinkle grit
Day 5 -- clean up excess grit, put down final coat of epoxy mixed with glitter
Day 6, 7, 8 -- let epoxy cure
Day 9 -- move everything back into the garage.
A picture of the finished floor is below.

Qwertmonkey, if you can return what you got and if you can stand to wait a couple of days for a shipment try this.
We epoxied the entire floor of our business building, a dog training building which is around 1500 sq feet. I ordered this product from the internet and we are extremely pleased. It seems to be a much heavier duty product than the stuff from Lowes/HD (comparing it to our friends garage that they did last fall with the HD stuff by Rustoleum I think?). Nothing wrong with that product, but I think you may get a better(gprice since you have such a big place to do. I also like the fact that you can choose from more base colors and custom choose the color chips from 20+ colors including metallics!
Anyway, we ended up with some leftover so will probably do the garage after summer is over. We also bought a bag of the silicone chips to add the non-skid and it is great.
Anyway, here's the site.

Awesome, my dad and I did this to our garage about a year ago...
A question for those with this floor, how do you keep it clean all the time?
We put down strips of carpet to drive onto, our driveway is asphalt, so if no rug and especially when rain it leaves tire tracks into the garage...

Too bad the site owner took down the pages to the mansion project he was working on, the photos from that job was cool... underground parking garage with rotating floor, etc.
