I live in an area of St. Louis that's considered pretty conservative!!. After 3 weeks of having Louie I have seen only 1 MINI in my area and I think it was one I had seen the week before in a more MINI populated area. Needless to say, I get quite a few looks, comments & nose prints on the windows. Even had a cop offer to put it in his trunk yesterday I'm really getting a kick out of being unique!!!

That was a great idea about keeping a model MINI on your dash when your in your alternative car. Again I found myself in the Lincoln. I really don't drive it that often, about once every 10 days just to warm it up. I'd rather be MINIin'.

This time, I was prepared. I had my model MINI with me. Similar to my first post I pulled alongside, a little toot, and waved. He didn't look. I tooted again and saw he was turning to look but with sort of a bothered look on his face. At this point I smiled and held the model MINI up. He looked for a second or two and then yelled out the window (WHY DON'T YOU GO GET A REAL ONE?!!!!!)

Of course I'm kiddin'

Keep Motorin'

Dan

P.S. I also got my MCS at Princeton
