The British automotive magazine CAR - regarded by many as one of the most serious and respectable automotive magazines worldwide, has started posting a monthly "Top 100" list of current cars. As opposed to many other lists that are topped by hyperformance super-exotics, this list takes into account affordability, availability, as well as performance.

What's funny is that both cars were available in the late 60s (well not in turbo or supercharged and significantly redsigned).

The British get it. I always said that the Miata was the most fun you could have driving a car at the speed limit. The Mini has to be just as fun. About 5 months for me too. I have a convertible and spring is finally here and I can't wait for my MCS.
