R50/53 MINI in the news

In case you can't read it, the text says:
In the Zone
A car (a car?!? A MINI) drives over the "C" sign indicating the "congestion charging zone" in central London. In the new program, drivers pay $8 for a daily pass and give their license plate numbers. A network of 800 cameras photographs the plates, which are checked by computer to be sure the toll was paid.
And you thought it was expensive to park in your city! Poor Londoners now must pay to drive in theirs.
Is that a classic Mini in front of the new one?
I wouldn't want to drive in London anyway, it's crazy in the city center. The tube is the best way to go...mind the gap.
The other car looks like the ubiquitous London black cab.
