There was much rain this weekend in the LA area and I noticed my headlights fogged up half way up the headlight. Is this a fault? Do you think it will rust some stuff inside? Is the dealer responsible of fixing it? If so, Should I wait until I bring it up the next time I need service. Any input guys? Thanks in advance.

That doesn't seem right to me. I would bring it up next time you are at the dealer.

Sounds like you have a broken seal around the light fixture. If it's broken, it lets moisture leak in and build up inside, which causes some condensation. Happened in my '01 Lightning. The whole light assembly was replaced under warranty. Happened usually when I washed the truck, or heavy rainfall. It's a fault with the car, so the dealer will have to do something about it with no cost to you, if they can reproduce the problem and see it for themselves.
Cheers,

No problem Blue.
Don't think it's a TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) listing. But the dealer will most likely want to see it for themselves before shelling out for some new lights for ya. If it's a real problem that occurs a lot, ask them to spray some water around the lights. Or maybe just wait until after you've washed the car or had it rain a lot, and have the foggyness present before going to the dealer. Just to save some hassle of proving to them that it's a problem.
Good luck out there.
Cheers,
