R50/53 ContiComfortKit Boot Case
ContiComfortKit Boot Case
When my wife's car came in there was a mix-up on the wheels we ordered, so the dealer stepped up to the plate and installed ASA black AR1's with Yokohama AVS ES100's. So I then purchased a "Continental Tire's ContiComfortKit", but didn't liked the way it just sat in the boot, so I purchased a factory CD Changer cover and bracket to house the ContiComfortKit. The ContiComfortKit fits perfect in the CD case with room for some tire plugs also. The install is sample with a modification the the CD bracket. it really tidied up the boot.

I've been thinking of ordering one of these kits. Can anyone tell me how long the fixit juice (or whatever it is) lasts? I think you're supposed to replace it after a while even if you've never used it, but I'd like a rough idea what the shelf life is.
Thanks.
Thanks.
The sealant lats 4 years, the kit can be used as a standard air compressor (w/o sealant), thats why I also carry tire plugs for emergency's.
Answer to previous post, you need to buy the Installation kit CD-Changer which includes bracket and screws, I bought for Morristown Mini for $20.00, or make your own brackets, the factory brackets are cut up to only use the end flange parts.
