Hi: I'm still learning the in & outs of my 05MCS. I'm trying to fold down the rear seats to access the boot from the passenger compartment, but don't see any inside latches. Is there such thing? I just found out about the emergency release for the hatchback, but is there one to fold down the rear seats? It would be helpful for getting an umbrella in the back during rain storm....

There is no way to lower the rear seats from the passenger compartment if you have the rear deck lid in place. The only releases for the seats are the ones on the back of the backrest which you access either by opening the boot, or if you don't have the rear deck lid in place by reaching over the tops of the seats and pulling the releases.
