Wiper ends don't touch windshield

Does everyone else's windshield wipers not touch on the ends especially the outer side of the passenger one? I got rid of the crappy factory ones for some bosch micro edge excels and they didn't touch either, then I got the Bosch Icon's which also don't touch. The icon's are better than the factory and the micro edge's but they still miss about 2 or three inches of the windshield until they get to about 45 degrees. Am I missing something or is there just not a blade that will fit this super curved windshield.

Yep, straight blade and curved windshield. I have Bosch too. What size do you have - 18" driver and 19" passenger? I think that is what Bosch recommends. I switched mine 19" driver and 18" passenger, looks like it fits better and really doesnt make much difference.

After the last two sets I decided if the passenger side was a little shorter it might contact the window better because there wouldn't be as much to hang over the edge of the passenger side that is so much more curved than the middle. So I did 18" Icons on both sides. It still does it. However, the wipers seem to work much better, but it still doesn't make full contact on the passenger side until about 45 degrees, but my visibility out the passenger corner isn't vital so it could be worse, but it's just annoying.

PIAA silicones. Same story. Doesn't bother me as it is the far side of the passenger blade, WAY out of my field of vision when I am driving.

One more note about the wipers. Not sure if anyone else has mentioned this however this happened on my 05 and on the 06. At higher speeds the drivers side wiper doesn't seem to stick to the windshield and wipe properly. I figured the wing on the arm should keep it from lifting but it doesn't really do a great job. It sort wipes and lifts, then wipes and lifts.

I really wouldn't care that much but as of today we matched a 100 year old record for the number of rain days in March in Norcal and based on weather reports I think we are going to break the record.
