I am getting the impression that once you order a Mini..... you are able to track it's progress somehow. Anyone care to fill me in? Thanks.

What do I do if I want to track my mini, when I live in norway??

 

The Owners Lounge is notorious for being out of sync with the actual production process. It tends to be very late in reporting updates. 1.866.ASK.MINI and your own MA are both great for getting up to date info.

 

Great info. Hopefully knowing something is being done will ease my mind while waiting. Im in the Baltiumore Maryland area, and I'm being told 6 to 8 weeks.

I'm in Baltimore too..and just picked my Mini up yesterday! Traking your Mini can be fun and stressful at the same time. It's hard to track while in the factory..but tracking it while it's on the ship is possible too. Did you pick yours up from Mini of Towson? Any tips for that? How long did it take to get your car in?

 

Yep, Mini of Towson...good people, highly recommend. I ordered mine on the 2nd of January and picked it up on the 23rd of Feb. And the Mini factory was actually closed for the first 3 weeks of the year - so you do the math. I think if they hadn't been closed those 3 weeks, I could have been done in about 4-5 weeks.
