I really like the checks around the back license plate. I may have to copy you someday!

Sold the M Coupe this month...

I owned a MCS from 06/02-07/04... bought the Mcoupe and had it from 07/04- 12/05.
Now... I own an 06 MCS and got it Christmas Eve 05.

They are two completely different cars... but both are... exceptional in their own particular way.

02 MCS... Build quality was less that optimal... loads o fun... modded it pulley/chip/ exhaust..etc... . Great great fun to drive... Kept it for 48K miles... with mimimal issues. Was afraid it would not last so I traded it in for the M Coupe.

2000 M Coupe.. A monster of a car. Exceptional build quality. IMHO one of the nicest designs to come out of BMW. Fast fast fast. Loads of fun to drive... When it went out of warranty is was expensive..expensive....expensive to repair... Un-driveable in the winter!!!!!
I bought it as a certified pre-own... I need a car to be a virgin for me to fall in luv w/ it. I never fully connected w/ it due to me not be'n the 1st
*** in the seat If it was a 2002 M coupe w/ the 333 S54 engine in it or i bought it new... I would have kept it... tucked away in the garage.

06 MCS... Build quality is terrific compared to my 02. gearing is much better.... Modded this one w/ only 120 miles on it. Pulley/software/ exhaust lowering springs etc... the car is exceptional !!!!! You can drive it everyday... which is important to me. It's a virgin as well... which is also important to me.

Peace,
D

Nice car, Dennis! By the way, the M coupe was cute, but I like your new MCS better (especially with all the mods - I'm jealous!)
