OK, I have a few questions since I'm getting my car in May. Your site is very helpful since I'm new to cars.
Here are my ?'s:

1) Why would you not want the front bumper drilled for a license plate? Is it illegal to have no license plate in the front? (I live in San Francisco)

2) What is the Cold Start Software? Is it free?

3) What is wrong with the clear sticker under the hood?

4) Is it free to get these things:
-CD upgrade for CD upgrades for alarm, throttle, cold start, remote,etc.?
-Kleen Wheels?
-Velcro Install for sunrrof noise?
-Pinup?
-Air Freshener?
-Mini Model?
-20% off accessories card after purchase of car?
-touch up paint?
