Today is the day that I made it official to get a MINI. I am very familiar with the car and am really excited about getting it. Its a 2003 Dark Silver "S", 43,000 Miles, Prem, Sport, Cold Weather, HK, Leather, rain sensing wipers, auto dimming rear view mirror, blk rubber mats, and a rear boot mat and boot mat extension. I am getting it for $15,500. It was leased new by a family member and $15,5K is the buy out on the lease. They ordered a new MINI and are letting me buy out the lease.

I think the first mod I will do is the rear seat delete, then an intake.

Any first mod suggestions or comments on the car?

 

First...drive it like you stole it . Then prowl the forum and read about mods then decide which way ya wanna go......more hp? some bling? gadgets? It's yer MINI so........

 

You are not going to believe what i cansidered doing.

I was thinking about selling it for $18,500, and buying a brand new 06 Cooper. Something really interestes me about a cooper. I think that it is the fact that I can drive it like I stole it every day and still be with in the limits of the law. Plus, tires are cheaper and better gas mileage.

Buton the other hand, I do like the power!!
