Ask Mini hot-line

Has anyone been able to connect to the Ask Mini hot-line. I have tried calling 1-800-askmini to get some info on my MCS, but the line has been busy for about a month. Any ideas?

I call it at least three times a day to have a chat with the pleasant automated gentleman who keeps telling me that my "vehicle is in the paint shop with an estimated completion date of January 18".....
