The only way to get true information is call 1-866-ASK-MINI. The website is usually a week or two behind.

Call ASK MINI at (866)275-6464 and use the automated system to inquire about "Vehicle Production Status" and then speak in your production number. It will tell you not only where in the production line you are (mine is still 'Paint Shop') but will also give you the estimated completion date when it is expected to leave the plant. You can then probably find out which boat it is on and track the boar across the Atlantic from the shipping company's site. I find that the phone system gives you more information than the website.

I am getting so impatient for mine that I call two or three times a day, hoping for a change in status..... Mine is due to leave the plant on Jan 18.

Bill

But don't get too close to the boars when you track them. Them critters have NO sense of humor.

Omar,

What state do you live in? I can't believe that you ordered your car in August and won't get it till March!!!

I agree. I ordered mine, as an '06, in early August and received end of September. You must be in a parallel universe.

I live here in the Bay area, California. the only dealer that doesnt charge outrageous mark ups is East Bay Mini but they also have the longest waiting list. They told me that it would take 8-12 months but it is going to take only 6 i guess.

Yeah i live in Phoenix and it is a 7 month wait so I am getting my car from classic. I ordered at the end of december and am getting it the second week of february. Its scheduled for production right now with "no specific date" or whatever. Should be a couple days before I get a real production date
