R50/53 Xenon pictures
My '05 has them and I think the adjustment is fine although I do get the occasional flash by people who think I've left my high beams on. I enjoy putting mine to high when that happens.
Funny how I used to HATE seeing cars with them... now I can't imagine my MINI w/o them. The deer get illuminated nicely.

I made sure the headlight cut is just below the wing mirror level of a passenger car infront of me, so it won't blind people.

Since getting my MINI with xenon's, all other headlights just seem dimmer (from the drivers perspective). My wifes car is a 2001 with halogens and I think I'm driving around with only the fogs on. I'll definitly go with xenon's in the future
