I used to see them, go up and down when facing a wall and night when I turned them on. Ever since I got my car back from the shop last week, I don't see it anymore. Anyway to tell easily?

 

If they do not go up and down it is time to see the dealer. Sounds like a warranty issue.

Try turning the key to position 2 without starting the engine and then turning on the lights. If the do the up-down thing here you know the mechanism works and it is just a software or switch issue.

Mine is going to the dealer on monday for the same thing.
