Hi everyone

I have a problem with my leather sport seats in the Mini, I found that it is wrinkled as soon as I got back home with it. (It was November) I called my dealer to ask to change it, they said they have to take picture for inspection and ask BMW for help. So I brought the car to the dealer, they took the picture and they will call me later. I called them few times during December, and they said I am the only one, they will call me as soon as they get the answer from BMW. Now it's February and I haven't got any answer yet!!! What should I do? Should I call them again and let them "play around" with me again?!?!?! Or should I call BMW canada for a better service or Can I complain or anything? I really need help, feel so helpless now.

Thank for any input..

Call BMW of Canada and complain about your seats and your dealer. Ask to see the representative for your area. I'm sure they will help. And don't feel helpless, go to the Dealer Rating System at MCO and rate your dealer so everyone can see what a butt they are.
