Does anyone else think this car gets better with age?

I got my MCSCa about 8 months ago and have put on about 15k miles so far. There were initial opinions, myself included, that the exhaust note from the auto was not as good as the manual. I have recently noticed that it sounds much louder, more agressive sounding. The intake is also beginning to sound stronger with a nice high pitch when you give it some gas-similar to what I've heard on the JCW intake.

I may be wrong, but it also seems to be quicker off the line than it was when new.

This is the first car I have owned which seems to be improving with age and getting more impressive every day. As time went by with my other cars I kept dreaming about "upgrading" to some other, newer car. Not this one. I love it more and more each day.

Anyone else?

I experienced the same thing with My '04 JCW MCS. When I first started to drive it, it seemed a bit stiff. At around 10k miles it seemed to "settle in". Smoother revving, better exhaust note, and the suspension seemed to work better becoming firm and not stiff.

Now at around 35k, it just as good.

Maybe mine will be as spirited as your JCW when it hits 35k
