19th Annual ALL BRITISH Field Meet & Autojumble (Cars & Bikes)

October 22, 2005 Safety Harbor (Tampa Bay area) FL. - 19th Annual ALL BRITISH Field Meet & Autojumble (Cars & Bikes)

The Featured Marque for 2005 is the VINTAGE MINI.

THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT. The purpose of this event is to further the interest of British car and bike owners, and to have some fun doing it. The condition of your car or bike is not important; this is an event for all British vehicles whether a trailer "queen", or an every day "driver." The event is not competitive-the spirit of participation is most important.

Trophies will be awarded based on "popular choice"-the ballots are provided only to each of the registered participants. You will use this ballot to vote for your favorite in each class and for the BEST of SHOW. Each registration fee entitles you to display one car or bike, receive an information packet, vote in the Popular Choice balloting, buy in the AUTOJUMBLE(Flee Market)and receive a ticket for the door prizes drawing. ADDITIONALLY, if we receive your registration before OCTOBER 15th, you will receive a FREE limited edition dash plaque.

Plan to arrive at "The Safety Harbor SPA" between 8:00-9:30 AM on Saturday October 22, 2005. Beginning at 8:00 AM event officials will be on hand to provide your registration packet, and to guide your car or bike to the proper parking position. All entrants must be in palce before 10:30 AM as this is when the Popular Choice voting begins. Contact: Marion s. Brantley, Jr.. Phone: 727-867-7129. Email: MBran89793@aol.com.

Wish I lived nearby! But "rain or shine?" I have had too many British cars to know that many won't run when it rains. It's part of the safety systems Lucas developed in the 50's and 60's!

Best of luck. Hope the sun shines!

regards,
