We are awaiting delivery of our pure silver mini cooper in late July. We ordered on Apr. 27, 2002. It has felt like years.

Does anyone have any delivery experience in Canada? I am interested in timing. We cannot track the production of Canadian mini's (very disappointed!) My dealer said the car was finished being built on July 1 (We had a party) and expected delivery is 3-4 weeks.
(My other car is a VW and they were way off on delivery dates)

Any plan's for a Toronto Mini touring day? Anyone around Toronto have a great drive (bendy roads) they would like to share.

I can't stand the anticipation...I need Canadian content! :smile:

Go north of Brampton up hwy 10, in the Credit valley before the hill that rises into Caledon is (on the left side) The Forks of the Credit Road. Hilly, twisty, hairpin, scenic and a nice drive on the weekdays. too many pedestrians and Sunday drivers on the weekend. More open but twisty is the Hockley Valley Road, running east from hwy 10 north of Orangeville. Just remember (being from T.O. I don't know how many you've seen) there are cows all over the place you don't need to slow down to look at them(pet peave of a country commuter), there will be more over that hill
