Hey all, I am preparing to order a set of wheels from 18 Racing. It seems like a great deal (almost too good?). I checked their website, but when you click on "About Us" there is nothing there. When you click on "Terms and Conditions", there is nothing there. They initially wanted Paypal, then asked me to send them a check. It may be nothing, but I'm getting a vibe.

Has anyone dealt with this company before? Any feedback you can offer?

Sorry, ive never dealt with them... But, from what youve said, i would be suspicious as well... Just be careful.

 

I have never heard or dealt with them - I can only say that your instincts are probably right and it might be best to follow the 'better safe then sorry' rule...

I am also considering buying wheels from 18racing. I emailed Rota's North American distributor (Cosmic Marketing Corp) listed on the Rota website. The person from there told me to contact their mailorder department at sales@18racing.com. So I emailed 18racing on 6/9, and have had no response yet. Let me know if you find out anymore about this company. I'll post back here if I find anything out.

I e-mailed 18racing and they wrote back - but that means nothing. My radar is going off and I think I'm going to pass. I'll post if/when I learn anything more.
