You can definitely find a good deal on a MINI outside of CA and have it shipped. Plenty of fairly new cars are being sold to make way for new MCS with LSD.

 

I think you are limiting yourself too much. You can purchase a new MINI (Or used for that matter) outside of California for thousands less than the local market. Probably you got your car "Cheap" because there was something very wrong with it from the get go. In other words you have been scammed and the best thing you can do is to take back the money pit and get your hard earned dough back.

Don't be concerned, many current MINI owners in California have purchased their cars out of state. What a nice excuse for a vacation/roadtrip.

To accept the car you have now is a horrendous idea. This car has been on a severe accident. Probably there is hidden damage that will come back to haunt you at time of resale. Have you run a Carfax report on this thing?

 

Please tell me that this car is NOT on an authorized MINI Dealer's lot. If this car is being sold by a MINI Franchised dealer, please contact MINI and tell them. Not that they can't or even shouldn't sell this car on a MINI lot, but it better damn well have all the airbags and they better be working.
