I am selling four R83 16-inch MINI wheels with Goodyear NCT 195/55/16 run-flat tires. They have about 19,500 miles on them and should be good for at least another 10,000+ miles. The wheels are in excellent condition. They will be ready to go next week after my new shoes arrive.

I am asking $250 for the set plus shipping. I will also list these for sale on eBay after the remove/replace is complete.

UPS wants a fortune to ship tires. Any suggestions for a better (read "cheaper") way to ship wheels and tires when the time comes?

This thread belongs in the marketplace, for future reference.

Check around and call local shipping companies. One near me ships UPS, FedEx, etc and guarantees lower rates for you than if you go to UPS directly.
Check with the USPS too but it'll be high there too.

 

My mistake on the choice of forum, sorry. I would be happy for the moderator to move it to the Marketplace forum where it belongs.

Having done a lot of shipping in the relatively recent past, I've found FedEx to have the cheapest ground shipping.
