So, here I am, going through the old listings on my caller ID box, cleaning out various phone spam, wrong numbers and other stuff I no longer need, and lo and behold, I notice a call from Long Beach BMW/MINI, (from Tues 12/10)
where I am on THE LIST . Odd, I didn't get a message from them....
Long story short, an MCS that matches my specs came in and they were calling from THE LIST . Obviously, I wasn't home at the time.
They don't leave messages, because, as they put it, "that causes alot of problems" Understandable, I guess.
So for those of you.. ahem..old enough to remember "Dialing for Dollars" (ok I was a kid at the time), get what I mean.
I guess I should check that caller ID a little more often!
'sigh'

Long Beach Mini had a cancellation on a DS/B "S" with all the the bells and whistles that they were selling at MSRP. It was a beauty. Whoever got to it first, is driving a nice one.
It's all timing when you are searching for the ultimate MINI.
