I walked out to find a puddle of coolant under my car this morning. From what I can tell, it looks like it's leaking from the water pump. So I'm getting parts ordered to replace the water pump and wondering what else people would recommend changing while I'm in there. My list so far is:
1. the crank position sensor o-ring (it's been a few years)
2. The water pump flange and o-ring
3. Green gasket for the intake

my main questions are should I try and replace some/all of the coolant hoses, and am I missing anything else?
Does anyone have experience with Graf water pumps?

 

This is a R53? Seems so from Sig.

water pump is a while I’m in there list.

1 ) pump
2 ) check / change oil in supercharger
3 ) crank sensor o ring
4 ) pump to head hose for sure.
5 ) intake tube gasket.
6 ) check condition of belt tensioner, and belt.

be careful pulling it apart.

that is what comes to mind. Hoses are suspect at this age.

 

Yeah, i replaced the pump 4 years ago when I did a major service including a clutch, new rad, supercharger service and lots of other odds and ends. looks like the pump has gone bad. Do you have a part number or diagram of the hose you're talking about? I'm struggling to find a good diagram of the hoses.
