Hi there are there any videos on how to put a electric water pump in, any help would be appreciated.

I bought the Sprintex fittings and the same water pump. Fittings are a bit pricey, but it saved me the hassle of making some... You can use the same method as the Sprintex as well for the wiring, which is just a ground and a 12V ignition.
