I just wanted to post on here so that whenever anyone ever searchs for this issue this is the actual solution for it .

if you have the common clicking tapping noise on startup and your plastic tappets are snapped , You know how fragile these things are

These things break and snap soo easily it’s one of the common lifter noise when you start up the car in the morning and it annoyed the **** out of me, only way to buy these are to buy the whole rocker arm Assembly from the online stores which are like $200ish OR

You can spend $58 and buy these Chrysler ones  part number 04573458

You can buy these metal ones off a cabriolet w11 engine but those are rare and hard to find

All of these snapped off so easily , none gave me problems coming off

Replaced them all
