Seat belt pre tensioner nut & bolt

Hello NAM!

I'm almost done with my BRAUM Racing Seat instal, then came across this.
I'm using Planted Brackets by the way. there's a place for the SB tensioner. ( Harness won't get here until thanksgiving ) Why i need to use the OEM seat belt. Anyways,

the Spacer Nut stays with the Seat Belt Tensioner Bracket ? I tried to hammer it out and it's nu budging, do I need to cut it out to use it. I just need the Spacer Nut.

Anyone here used another method? Been searching around for an M10 Barrel Nut or Spacer Nut and no Luck.
Seat Belt Hardware like this? want to make sure it can swivel.
thanks in Advance.

Haha amirite :D

I had to fix the outer exhaust hangers, but also 2 studs broke/rusted off where the skid plate sits below the battery. I drilled holes and used stainless nuts and bolts
