Going install my sprintex kit soon , tips and info needed please

I finally got my sprintex kit. From the looks of it , it seems pretty strait forward but can someone explain to me how the tensioner setup on it works ? Also , what length belt do I run ? I currently have the belt for 17% pulley on.
Will it be ok to have the waterpump wired so that it runs with key on so it could circulate with the engine not running if I wanted to cool down?
I see there's a Bolton plate where the 2x vacuum lines go into the throttle tube , ones for the tmap and other runs to the throttlebody. Do the stock lines press fit into them or do I install a barb fitting into them and modify the stock lines to fit onto the barb fitting then ?
I'm also going to clean up the inside of the ledtside intercooler horn as theres lots of rough casting crap in it I could smooth out so while I'm doing that, does anything else need touching up I may over look ?
Also , the sc oil lever dipstick , do I read it while it just pressed flat on or screw it all tge way down then check it ? It's level is perfect the 1st way I measure so I'm guessing that the correct way...
any tips you think would help me with this install throw them my way plz..install will be starting soon as I know I have the correct belt..

For the belt length, you might have to do it the old fashion way and measure the route. I started with the current belt I had on before I put tsv900 on and started looking at how much more length I would need once the tensioner was locked in place with clip.
