This was our first trip camping and we took the mini we managed to fit:

3 - sleeping bags
2 - sleeping mats
1 - propane grill
1 - propane stove
1 - 32" x 32" x 32" roll up table
1 - 5 gallon water jug
2 - folding chairs
1 - lantern
1 - 4 person enamle tableware set
1 - MINI backpack full of cleaning supplies
1 - duffle bag full of clothes
2 - 8' x 10' tarps
1 - big cooler
1 - rubbermaid box full of food

And we managed to get it all back in after camping also. Good times

A buddy of mine with a MCS (not sure what year) told me how he loaded up his entire family (wife and two young kids) into the car for a weekend getaway (not camping) with no problem. Two kids in the back seats and all their stuff, plus weekend bags for the parents sounded impressive to me.
Miss Wanda has taken me across the country twice. Each time I basically lived out of her for six weeks!
Our MINIs can hold an awful lot of stuff! And now that I have my new Garmin 2610 Nav system, "Navi," I can lose the AAA travel books and maps. (I will take a teeny atlas just for kicks, though!) More room for shoes and clothes....hee hee! Great pix, no_affiliation! Nice pack-job!

After I went on a 14 day backpacking trip with everything I needed strapped to me on a 38lb packpack, the MINI seemed like a Prevost Motorcoach.
My wife thinks we need to take our Ford Explorer on camping trips, but I hate to do that, since most great camping spots have cool twisty roads leading to them, that would be wasted by driving a big assed Explorer.
That is a good packing job! It looks you have done some camping and backpacking before.
