I’m looking for new rear brake pads primarily for track use. I’m not opposed to swapping pads out for track days, but if I could avoid it with a dual use pad, I wouldn’t complain. I’ve used ebc yellow most recently and the pads kind of chunked up 9n me, and I struggled with brake fad. I’ve since upgraded to r56 calipers up front with hawk dtc 60 pads for track use, but I’m not sure what to go with for rear pads. The ferodo have the advantage of being on fcp euro, so that means I could get lifetime replacements if I like them, but they’re twice the price of a set of ebc yellows. does anyone have experience with the ferodo pads? Any comparison to ebc yellow?
