Thanks for the help

Thanks for all the help (active and passive) to get my Cooper back to health and on the road. It’s taken a little longer than I’d anticipated, but the result is better. It was a great “COVID summer” project. it came with a set of problems, and with the help of this site I was able to work through the, learning what to do and what to avoid doing.




The lease ran out on the primary car, and my wife insisted on replacing it with a MINI. So now we have two, 2005 and 2021. I wish I’d kept my 1962 1071.

It looks good Tip: straighten out the exhaust pipes, probably a broken/sagging exhaust mount

I got two tips, that are held on by set screws. Meant to adjust them before the photos, but forgot.
