Does anyone know if the R53 JCW Aero lower body skirts bolt directly to Mini or require a filler piece behind these skirts? Thanks

 

They do have adaptor plates between the skirt itself and the underbody of the car. Looking like this:


Some people fit them without these but looks to me like they will be a bit wobbly without them.
The R53 ones are NLA but the R56 ones should fit too

 

Kind of thought that these skirts needed something behind them for better support ; ECS Tuning has these for the R56 . Thanks for your input...
