MCS vs non S

Wondering what besides drivetrain, suspension and bumpers would be different between the non s and s. I have an 05 MCS that has some quarter panel damage and rust holes. I can get a 05 non S from a guy at work that's just a roller 100% clean. So aside from time what am I looking at to swap everything over?

Battery location. Under hood on a justa where the S air filter sits and under hatch area for an S. So the whole rear floorpan is different between the two.

I can cut out the battery box and weld it into the other car. I want to move it anyway to make way for custom exhaust.
