It looks like you could have two rare aftermarket circuits by Ian Cull. The first might be the HK Enabler which allows aftermarket head units to be connected to the factory Harmon Kardon amp/system. It might have some identification printed on the circuit board.
Does your MINI have the HK system, and does it have an aftermarket radio?
The second is his window circuit which adds auto up with with a single or double click depending on the setting. It also has other functions like track mode to auto disable DSC or ASC at startup, auto fog lights, and stealth mode. This give some toggles hidden secondary functions to control relays or a garage door opener.
The extra features of the auto up depend on the version and the version should be printed on the circuit board. I think the last was v7 and a pdf of the instructions to set the options and use the functions can be found on the internet.
The HK Enabler might still be available on the UK, but the auto up circuit hasn’t been available for at least a few years.
A new version of the auto up circuit was created by a NAM member recently, and also a module to add JCW style shift lights to a MINI.
Your toggle bank also includes the rear fog light toggle next to the door locks so you might have that option as well.
