They look like they were replaced and not painted correctly. Does the color match?
Must have got them off another MINI or they just painted the Aero side skirts, those are NLA and part of the full aero kit. Looks like you front and rear bumper are stock.

To have the molding to match you can or you can have them painted to match the black wheel trim.
You can see the trim line in the molded plastic so it is easy to mask off the proper line.
