R50/53 Driver's seat head rest broken...

Driver's seat head rest broken...
No longer locks in place. It seems like a part just sheared-off. Anyone else experience this? Is it an easy dealer fix? Thanks.
I have only had the car less than a year. Not good but I guess stuff happens. Could be worse.
